Safilo Product School is a unique project: every year young talents are selected to start a three-year apprenticeship program, designed as a foundational preparation for international career development at Safilo Group.
This is an excellent opportunity and a step-by-step approach into the eyewear sector that combines structured on-the-job training and coaching with industry professionals.

We encourage apprentices to grow, both personally and professionally, through innovative teaching paths, stimulating group work and relationships with figures who have been working in the company for years, all respecting the Safilo values and principles system.

It is both! Registered apprenticeships are an earn-while-you-learn approach to launching an excellent career path inside the company. In the three years, apprentices will receive a combination of on-the-job training and related technical coaching to master the practical and theoretical aspects of a skilled occupation in the eyewear industry.
