The School’s three-year program is based on the best practices of international apprenticeship that combine learning on-the-job and job rotation, engagement opportunities with leading experts from the eyewear industry, coaching led by Safilo’s diverse internationally qualified management, and regular classroom training.

We are looking for young motivated, entrepreneurial and curious talents to embark on this three-year course. Every year we look for different professional roles, who share Safilo’s values and principles, and who are passionate about the eyewear world.

STORIES
Thanks to the Product School, I had a chance to accumulate a 360-degree view of the company business, from customer service to relationship with professional opticians. I am developing broad cross-field competencies that I would hardly have learned in such a short time.
I’ve always had a great passion for glasses, and this is why, when I learned about the Product School, I immediately applied. I was mostly attracted by the prominent company behind it, its international context, and the possibility I was offered to get into different functional areas. Today, I work in the innovation department that is pushing the future of eyewear.
Safilo is a historic company in the eyewear industry where I started an ambitious growth path. The Product Developer plays a key role in the collection development, combining heritage and innovation. The first two years at the Product School were a unique opportunity to get to know different business functions I have been involved with from the start for the product development: from market trend analysis to after-sales management, also visiting Safilo’s different manufacturing sites.
